    This cage came with little to no direction on assembly, luckily I am a capable person to build from 4 images. I got this for my Syrian who after escaping once has made it his life’s mission to get out of everything. So I hoped a fully plastic cage with no wires would be nice and quiet. It was for the few weeks he was stressed and sickly not happy with the change, now he is chewing anywhere he finds a hole or a lip to get ahold of lol. The interior parts while cute, if they didn’t break building them he just broke or chewed right through them immediately. He is now pushing out his water and starting to chew on those nuts and screws for that area so we will have to go back to wire here soon or he will be out again.

    This cage has several opening areas that you cover with a plate with two plastic screws that it comes with. It took 3 days for our hamster to easily chew one off and leave. We found him after searching for two days and now we are out the money for this cage and have to buy a new one. Just save yourself the aggravation of buying this and putting it together (not easy), then having to buy something new. It also comes with white trays that don’t meet flush with the walls, and the walls aren’t connected at the bottom, to urine leaks out onto your table. Lovely. Third, the walls are secured by only a single plastic rubber band on the outside that breaks easily and they you can’t lock it. Worst design ever. ???‍♀️ETA- customer service was extremely responsive to resolve these issues for us and make sure that we were satisfied. Thank you!!

    The wheel is way too small. Rubber bands break easy. The clear round caps to give holes are not as easy to install as the video suggests. The round caps have been removed by hamster. Will be returning product

    I bought the medium habitat. It took an hour and a half to put together. Peeling the film off both sides of EVERY piece of this thing took the longest. Once it was put together, it felt sturdy enough, however, my cat knocked it over and the corner cracked off, so it was useless after day one. I don’t fault the construction for my cat’s behavior, just beware if you have one and anchor it. Finally, the included wheel is too big for the medium enclosure. It won’t turn, even before you add bedding.

    We’ve had the cage for a day now I put it together easily just took a while, lots of parts and it’s photo directions. My kid is rough on things and it’s held up so far. Only thing I’m waiting to see is how easy it is to clean. Is smaller than I thought but there’s so much do to that our 3 dwarf hamsters are getting plenty of exercise . Cage is great my kiddo loves it! Only thing was the rubber bands weren’t super sturdy so some of them broke. Having a way to buy more would be awesome but it did come with extras. It fits 3 dwarf hamsters perfectly and they spent the entire night running around having a blast. Great purchase would recommend

    It was tough to get the protective film off but easy to assemble. It definitely a travel cage or an extension cage, it’s way too small to be a livable cage. I wish I could have bought more material or different cages from them and make make up a bigger cage. It even too small for a dwarf hamster

    This cage was a lot smaller than what I expected. The little toys that come with it take up all the room in the cage and the wheel doesn’t even fit on the side correctly. My hamster chewed right through this cage too !

    They deleted my previous review about the terrible given instructions and low grade product. When I purchased this, it was around 80-90 I believe and they’ve raised the price to $100+ due to the holiday season and this is my warning to whoever considering this — it is not worth the listed price. Yes, the clear case and colorful mini houses and play things are very cute and easy to assemble if you’re able to go off the main listing picture because the instructions aren’t provided for them. The only instructions provided were how to set up the cage itself, even then it wasn’t very helpful because it was in black and white, blurry, and half of it was cut off by the printer. Once it was built, the structure of it is very wobbly and you have to be very careful picking it up, placing it down, moving it, and removing/inserting the bedding compartment because it could basically just fall apart. I wish it was as sturdy as it was adorable. But thanks.
